In applications where finish quality is critical, a
Kremlin heated system provides precise viscosity control for maximum finish
quality. A heated system reduced fluid viscosity by increasing the fluid
temperature, minimising the need for reducing solvents. |
Advantages:
- maximise finish quality
- solvent savings
- less risk of runs
- increased productivity
- reduced wasteful overspray
- lower rejects due to dirt
Principles
By raising the temperature of the fluid, you reduce it's viscosity for
instance, heating paint up to 60° or 80° C will
have the same result as using solvent. Hot paint
spraying is also a good solution to maintain paints at a regular
temperature, preserving them from the variations of temperature in a
workshop all and everyday. |

It's original design ensures an optimised thermal transfer with no risk
of burning the paint in the heater. The equipment will allow you to reduce
the viscosity of paints without using solvents.
This version of the equipment may be used in zones 1 and 2 as stated in
the ATEX Directive. |
