Sames Kremlin REGMASTER Regulator for Viscous Materials

The Sames RegMASTER Pressure Regulator is one of the most advanced pressure regulators available for high viscosity materials, offering exceptional precision, repeatability and durability across a wide range of industrial fluid handling applications.

Developed for use with high-pressure pumping systems, the RegMASTER provides extremely accurate outlet pressure regulation regardless of fluctuations in pump pressure. This ensures consistent material flow, repeatable application quality and excellent process control when spraying, dispensing or extruding high viscosity products.

Designed for industries where precision is critical, the RegMASTER offers a large operating pressure window from 25 to 320 Bar, with maximum inlet pressures up to 400 Bar (5800 PSI). Multiple plate configurations and optional piston sizes allow the regulator to be tailored to different flow rates and production requirements, making it one of the most versatile regulators in the Sames range.

Unlike conventional regulators, the RegMASTER uses a ball bearing guided valve system, providing exceptional pressure accuracy even at very low outlet pressures. Fast response times and extremely low hysteresis make it particularly suitable for robotic applications where precise and repeatable material control is essential.

Built for continuous industrial production, the RegMASTER incorporates carbide ball and seat assemblies, high-strength diaphragms and heavy-duty internal components that provide excellent wear resistance when handling abrasive adhesives, sealants, mastics and other high viscosity products. Stainless steel versions and heated regulator options (up to 80°C) are also available for demanding process requirements.
