Terms & Conditions

1. Prices

All goods and services are sold at the price current at the date of invoice. The prices are subject change without notice and are exclusive of VAT and carriage.

2. Cancellation, Returns, Restocking Charges

Orders once placed and accepted by INDUSTRIAL SPRAY CONCEPTS LTD can only be cancelled with our consent and on terms that will indemnify us against loss. Restocking charge of standard bought in items is 20% of invoice value. On all our special manufactured items full quoted manufacturing costs would apply.

3. Delivery

INDUSTRIAL SPRAY CONCEPTS LTD shall not be liable for damage to or loss of equipment following despatch, including any damage or loss in transit. Insurance if required will be charged extra.
INDUSTRIAL SPRAY CONCEPTS LTD shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of any of the equipment. Goods from stock are normally delivered within 24 hours from receipt of order. We reserve the right to make part deliveries and any such goods will be invoiced at the date of delivery although the balance of the order may still be outstanding.

4. Warranty

Based on the logical assumption that manufacturing and material deficiencies will manifest themselves within the guarantee period, all goods sold under the manufacturer’s trademark are guaranteed for the period stated by the manufacturer from date of purchase, by the original purchaser, against defective material and workmanship (but not against damage or wear caused by installation, or tampering in a manner to impair its normal operation,) when the goods are installed and operated in accordance with the factory recommendations and instructions. INDUSTRIAL SPRAY CONCEPTS LTD will repair or replace free of charge all such defective products if returned prepaid to our depot. In all cases within the guarantee period where examination indicated damage to causes other than defectiveness, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge.

5. Representations

We make no representations, warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, except those stipulated by the manufacturer of the goods and we neither assume for us or on behalf of the manufacturer represented, any other liability in connection with the sale of the products.

6. Passage of Title

Title of goods shall not pass to a customer until full payment has been made and in case of non-payment, you agree to allow us or our agent to enter your premises where the goods are kept and remove same. You will be responsible to us for all costs incurred in reclaiming the goods.

7. Purchase Orders

Any terms or conditions of any customer’s order or other instrument which are in addition to or contradictory with any term or condition of this proposal shall not be binding on INDUSTRIAL SPRAY CONCEPTS LTD and shall not apply to this sale.

8. Interest Charges

INDUSTRIAL SPRAY CONCEPTS LTD reserve the right to apply interest charges calculated at the rate of 2% (two percent) above the current bank rate per month on all overdue accounts. An account is considered overdue if not paid according to agreed terms, which are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

9. Disputes

Contracts shall be subject to the law of England and Wales.

10. Minimum Order

There is no minimum order value

11. Carriage

Unless stated, a charge will always be made for the delivery of goods

12. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payments are strictly 30 days net following the date of invoice and such payment terms shall be the essence of the contract.

It will be appreciated, if you can, please request all overnight or express requirements before 2pm to ensure goods can be available for the carrier in good time. When guaranteed delivery is required, please always check that the order can be completed and despatched on time.

This price quotation supersedes and replaces any previous price quotations.
We reserve the right to increase any carriage charge imposed without warning, which is beyond our control.
