Sames INOCOAT® INOCART HF Complete High-Flow Powder Package

The Sames INOCOAT® INOCART HF Complete High-Flow Powder Package is a professional manual powder application system engineered for demanding coating operations requiring exceptionally high powder output and substantial film thickness.

Developed specifically for thermoplastic powders, anti-corrosion coatings and heavy protective finishes, the INOCART HF provides powder delivery rates of up to 1,200 g/min. This high-flow capability enables operators to achieve extreme film builds, including coatings of up to approximately 500 microns in a single pass, helping reduce application time and increase production throughput.

The system combines the proven Sames INOCOAT® INOGUN M manual electrostatic powder gun with the advanced INOBOX control module and a dedicated high-flow pressure tank. The pressure-fed powder supply maintains a large, stable powder flow at relatively low velocity, helping minimise pulsing and puffing while producing a smooth and consistent spray pattern.

With a usable powder capacity of approximately 24 litres, the INOCART HF is suitable for sustained high-output application. Depending on powder density, the tank can typically hold approximately 10 to 12 kg of fluidised powder, making the system well suited to large components, long coating cycles and applications where frequent refilling would interrupt production.

Integrated TEC5 Transfer Electronic Control technology automatically regulates electrostatic charging according to powder flow and the distance between the gun and the component. This intelligent control helps optimise powder transfer, improve finish quality and reduce material waste, even when operating at high powder delivery rates.

The powerful electrostatic cascade produces a strong wraparound effect on large components while advanced high-voltage control improves penetration into corners, recesses and complex geometries. This makes the Sames INOCOAT® INOCART HF particularly effective for coating structural steelwork, pipelines, valves, tanks, street furniture and other heavy-duty industrial components.

Powder output can be viewed on the INOBOX display and adjusted quickly using the dedicated shutter lever on the pressure tank. The control module also offers three factory presets and storage for up to 99 customised application programmes, supporting rapid set-up and repeatable coating parameters across different jobs.

Mounted on a compact, stable trolley with a low centre of gravity, large rear wheels and an integrated footrest, the INOCART HF Complete Powder Package is easy to position around large workpieces. Its balanced INOGUN M spray gun, adjustable controller and self-locking gun hook further improve operator comfort during extended production shifts.
