Sames INOCOAT® INOCENTER Powder Management Centre

The Sames INOCOAT® INOCENTER Powder Management Centre is a complete powder handling solution developed for automatic powder coating installations requiring rapid colour changes, reliable powder delivery and high material recovery.

Designed around a compact, low-capacity fluidised hopper, the INOCENTER can supply powder to as many as 24 automatic spray guns. This makes it particularly suitable for flexible production environments where manufacturers regularly switch between colours, coat short production runs or process a wide range of component sizes and finishes.

One of the principal advantages of the Sames INOCOAT® INOCENTER is its ability to complete a full powder colour change in approximately 10 minutes, including the associated booth-cleaning process. Its automated colour-change sequence guides the operator through each stage, reducing manual intervention and helping ensure repeatable cleaning performance between colours.

The integrated monitoring interface provides clear, intuitive control over the complete powder-management and colour-change process. This user-friendly approach helps simplify operator training, reduce process errors and improve production consistency across multiple shifts.

Powder level sensors continuously monitor the fluidised hopper and maintain a stable powder supply to the spray guns. Consistent powder availability helps prevent application interruptions and supports uniform film build throughout the coating cycle.

The INOCENTER Powder Management Centre also incorporates a built-in high-flow pinch-valve transfer pump capable of moving powder at up to 5 kg/min. This high-capacity transfer arrangement supports rapid powder replenishment, efficient powder recovery and faster system cleaning during colour changes.

By recovering up to 99% of reclaimable powder, the Sames INOCOAT® INOCENTER helps manufacturers reduce coating-material waste and lower operating costs. Recovered powder can be managed and returned to the application process according to the installation configuration and required finish standard.

Its modular design allows the powder centre to be configured around different production requirements and expanded as coating demand increases. The same INOCENTER platform can work with powder containers ranging from approximately 20 kg to 1,000 kg, enabling it to support both small-batch production and extended high-volume coating campaigns.
