The ANEST IWATA W-200 Integra Suction Spray Gun is a high-quality suction-feed airspray gun designed for automotive refinishing and industrial coating applications. Featuring Split Nozzle™ SP or Flat Tip (FT) atomisation technologies, the gun delivers excellent atomisation, stable spray patterns and high transfer efficiency, making it ideal for medium to large coating jobs using solvent or waterborne materials.

The ANEST IWATA W-200 Integra Suction Spray Gun is the next evolution of the popular W-200 series, offering improved ergonomics, durability and atomisation performance for professional spray operators. Designed for use with suction cups or containers, this spray gun draws coating material directly into the nozzle through suction feed technology, making it ideal for flexible workshop and industrial applications.

The gun is available with two advanced atomisation technologies:

Split Nozzle™ SP Technology – Provides enhanced pre-atomisation of the coating material, producing extremely fine droplets for smooth, high-quality finishes.
Flat Tip (FT) Technology – Offers stable spray patterns and reliable performance for general industrial coating applications.

A linear fan pattern adjustment system allows operators to easily modify the spray pattern width for different coating tasks, enabling both wide coverage and precise application. This responsiveness improves productivity and ensures consistent coating thickness across a range of materials.

With transfer efficiency greater than 65 %, the W-200 Integra Suction helps reduce overspray and material waste while maintaining a high level of finish quality. Its lightweight ergonomic design and low air consumption also make it comfortable for extended spraying sessions.

Thanks to its versatility and durable construction, the W-200 Integra Suction is widely used in automotive bodyshops, metal fabrication workshops and industrial finishing environments.
