The ANEST IWATA W-300 & W-300WB Spray Gun is a lightweight gravity-feed airspray gun designed for smart repair, blending and spot repair applications. Featuring split-nozzle atomisation technology, the W-300 produces extremely fine spray patterns with reduced overspray and high transfer efficiency, making it ideal for both water-based and solvent-based coating

The ANEST IWATA W-300 & W-300 WB Gravity Spray Gun is engineered specifically for precision repair work and detailed coating applications where excellent atomisation and controlled spray patterns are essential. Designed for automotive refinishing professionals and industrial painters, this spray gun delivers smooth, uniform coating results while minimising material consumption and overspray.

A key feature of the W-300 WB is its split-nozzle atomisation technology, which produces a long, flat spray pattern with tightly controlled droplet distribution. This results in soft spray edges and seamless blending, allowing painters to achieve nearly invisible transitions between new and existing coatings.

With a recommended operating pressure of approximately 1.5 bar, the gun achieves transfer efficiency above 65 %, reducing material waste and improving environmental performance in busy body shop environments.

The lightweight body, ergonomic controls and low air consumption make the W-300 WB ideal for extended spraying sessions where precision and operator comfort are critical.
