EC560G Synthetic Ceiling Filter – 1m x 20m Roll

The ISC Ltd EC560G Synthetic Ceiling Filter is a professional-grade intake filter media developed specifically for use in spray booth ceiling filtration systems where exceptionally clean incoming air is essential for achieving high-quality paint finishes.

Manufactured from high-performance non-woven synthetic polyester fibres, the EC560G features a progressive density construction that captures airborne dust and fine contaminants throughout the full depth of the media. This depth-loading design provides excellent dust holding capacity whilst maintaining a consistently low pressure drop and balanced airflow throughout the spray booth.

The filter media is fully impregnated with a specialist tackifier adhesive, preventing dust migration through the filter and effectively capturing particles down to approximately 5 microns. Combined with its reinforced high-temperature scrim backing, the EC560G ensures stable performance and uniform laminar airflow across the entire spray booth ceiling, helping to eliminate airborne contamination that can affect paint quality.

Designed for use in automotive bodyshops, commercial vehicle refinishing, aerospace, industrial coating and furniture manufacturing, the EC560G provides the final stage of air filtration before clean air enters the spray booth. By delivering consistently clean intake air, it helps minimise dust nibs, inclusions and costly paint rectification whilst extending the life of the complete filtration system.

Supplied as a 1 metre x 20 metre roll, the filter can be easily cut to suit virtually any spray booth ceiling or intake system, making it suitable for both new installations and routine maintenance.
