The SAMES KREMLIN FPro WBE Manual Airspray Spray Gun is a professional-grade conventional manual spray gun engineered to deliver premium finish quality even with abrasive water-based enamels and ceramic coatings. Featuring a precision heat-treated nozzle, polyurethane needle tip and patented paint restrictor, it produces smooth atomisation, improved transfer efficiency (~63 %) and extended nozzle life for demanding industrial applications.

The SAMES KREMLIN FPro WBE Manual Airspray Spray Gun is designed for applicators who require robust performance with difficult-to-atomise, abrasive coatings, such as porcelain, ceramics and waterborne enamels. Its patented restrictor paint speed controller technology helps pre-atomise paint and control fluid speed so that the aircap can effectively atomise droplets at the ideal size, reducing paint bounce and increasing transfer efficiency.

Constructed with durable, high-quality components — including a heat-treated stainless steel nozzle and a polyurethane (PU) needle tip that reduces wear — the FPro WBE spray gun is built to handle coatings that would wear out conventional gun parts more quickly. The ergonomic, perfectly balanced design minimises operator fatigue and supports consistent application over extended periods, while three separate adjustment knobs allow precise control of spray fan width, fluid flow and atomisation to suit varying job conditions.

This gun can be used with low-pressure suction, diaphragm or piston paint feeding systems and tanks, making it adaptable to a variety of workshop setups.
