Sames INOCOAT® INOBELL Powder Bell Sprayer

The Sames INOCOAT® INOBELL Powder Bell Sprayer has been developed to provide manufacturers with one of the most efficient automatic powder application systems available. Unlike conventional automatic powder spray guns, the INOBELL uses a high-speed rotating bell to centrifuge powder into an exceptionally uniform spray pattern, producing superior finish quality whilst significantly increasing transfer efficiency.

Originally derived from Sames’ proven automotive liquid paint technologies, the INOBELL Powder Bell Sprayer brings rotating bell technology to industrial powder coating. The centrifugal application process creates a more homogeneous powder cloud than traditional round or flat spray nozzles, allowing electrostatic forces to dominate the application process rather than mechanical impact. This results in more consistent coating thickness, improved wraparound performance and reduced overspray.

The integrated high-voltage cascade eliminates the need for external high-voltage cables, simplifying installation whilst improving reliability. Combined with a rotating electrode and dedicated counter electrode, the INOBELL achieves transfer efficiencies of up to 90%, helping manufacturers reduce powder consumption and operating costs without compromising finish quality.

Designed for powder flow rates of up to 30 kg/h, the INOBELL is ideally suited to high-output automatic powder coating lines processing large flat or moderately profiled components. Variable shaping air allows the spray pattern to be adjusted to suit different workpiece sizes whilst maintaining a stable and homogeneous powder cloud throughout production.

A high-performance speed sensor continuously monitors the bell rotation speed, ensuring consistent atomisation regardless of powder flow. This provides stable application conditions throughout production, improving repeatability between batches and delivering consistent coating thickness across every component.

Maintenance has been kept simple through an interchangeable turbine cartridge and quick-removal bell assembly. These features reduce service times while protecting critical components such as the bearings from abrasive powder, helping maximise equipment uptime in demanding production environments.

The Sames INOBELL Powder Bell Sprayer integrates easily into automatic powder coating lines and is particularly effective on flat panels, architectural products, domestic appliances, transportation components and other high-volume industrial applications where productivity, finish quality and powder savings are critical.
