Unlike conventional robotic powder spray guns, the INOBELL-R uses high-speed rotating bell technology to centrifuge powder into an exceptionally uniform spray cloud. This creates a far more homogeneous application pattern than traditional nozzle-based systems, allowing electrostatic forces to drive powder deposition more effectively and resulting in improved transfer efficiency, more consistent coating thickness and reduced overspray.
Designed specifically for integration with six-axis industrial robots and automated powder coating cells, the INOBELL-R delivers outstanding repeatability and process stability. Its rotating bell technology provides excellent wraparound performance, ensuring maximum coverage across complex components whilst maintaining precise control of deposited powder thickness.
The integrated high-voltage unit removes the need for external high-voltage cables, simplifying installation and improving long-term reliability. A rotating electrode combined with a dedicated counter electrode maximises electrostatic charging, enabling transfer efficiencies of up to 90% while maintaining powder flow rates exceeding 500 g/min. This allows manufacturers to reduce powder consumption, minimise overspray and lower operating costs without compromising finish quality.
The INOBELL-R incorporates a high-performance speed sensor that continuously monitors bell rotation speed regardless of powder flow. This intelligent control maintains a stable spray pattern throughout production, improving process repeatability and ensuring consistent coating thickness from the first component to the last.
Maintenance has also been significantly simplified. The sprayer features an interchangeable turbine cartridge, quick-removal bell assembly and a reduced number of internal components. These design improvements shorten service times whilst protecting critical bearings from abrasive powder, helping maximise uptime on demanding automated production lines.
